MISSION
The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Committee meets regularly to collaborate ways to educate and inform the Bowdoin Athletic community on sustaining an inclusive environment for individuals with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. Comprised of administrators, coaches, staff and student-athletes, the DEI committee is dedicated to providing education and understanding, along with action, to reduce bias and discrimination around race, ethnicity, religion, socioeconomic background, sexual orientation, and gender identity. The goal of the DEI committee is to provide all student-athletes, coaches, and staff the best environment and opportunity to be successful within Bowdoin Athletics.
