BOWDOIN FACILITY ACCESS
Indoor athletic facilities are primarily available for use by students, faculty, and benefits eligible staff (and their dependents through age 25). In addition, facilities passes are available to retirees from the College, members of the Brunswick Fire and Police Departments, and to alumni visiting the greater Brunswick area on a short-term basis. Indoor facilities passes provide access during designated operating hours to the Buck Fitness Center, Morrell Gym, Sargent Gym, Farley Field House, Watson Arena and Greason Pool.
Facilities passes are also available for the Lubin Squash Center for local community members, and members of Maine Masters Swimming are granted access to Greason Pool by virtue of their Maine Masters membership (for information regarding Maine Masters, please contact Sandy Potholm at

Alumni indoor facilities passes are only available to current pass holders.Â
Renewal of facilities passes can be completed by contacting the OneCard Office (
onecard@bowdoin.edu).
Outdoor athletic facilities are available for use provided it does not conflict with scheduled College related use, and facilities are utilized in a safe and respectful manner in compliance with all College policies, including, but not limited, to the College's policy requiring dogs to be on a leash when on College property.
HOW TO REQUEST A FACILITY PASSÂ
To request a new athletic facilities pass please
complete this form. If approved, you will be contacted by the OneCard Office to coordinate completing a facilities use waiver agreement and a date and time to receive your facility pass.
Facilities pass requests submitted after January 1
st will be reduced by 50% of the annual fee (passes are valid from July 1
st through June 30
th).
