BRUNSWICK, Maine - Bowdoin senior Kane Demers has been named the New England Small College Athletic Conference Men's Field Athlete of the Week.

At the Emory Dooley Elite Meet in Atlanta, Demers won the long jump with a mark of 7.09 meters (23-3.25) with his third attempt. The mark stands as the 14th best in Division III this season.
