BRUNSWICK, Maine – The Bowdoin College women's golf team placed fourth at the Polar Bear Shootout hosted by Brunswick Golf Club this weekend.
 
Tournament Highlights

• The Polar Bears ended with a team total of 331-337-668, finishing behind the two Wellesley teams (626 and 646) and Bates (653).
• Shivani Schmulen went 76-81 over the two day tournament to finish at 157 and place in a tie for fourth overall.
• Olivia Wirsching improved eight strokes on day two, carding a 89-81 to end at 170 and finish in a tie for 22^nd with teammate Hailey Ryan (87-83-170).
• Emilia Rose was just behind at 84-87-171 in 25^th while Muzi Wei (87-88-175) and Ocean Park (84-91-175) rounded out the Polar Bear competitors.
