BRUNSWICK, Maine - The Bowdoin College track and field teams enjoyed several top finishes at the Bowdoin Invitational II hosted at Farley Field House on Saturday afternoon.
Erin Silva led the way for Bowdoin with another school record in the pole vault, clearing a height of 3.77 meters to break her own program mark.
Individually for the women, Hayleigh Kein won the high jump (1.58 meters) while Randi London took the weight throw (15.57). The women's distance medley relay team of Meghan Bellerose, Emi Gaal, Allyson Fulton and Sarah Kelley was also victorious in a time of 12:51.74.
In the men's meet, Nathaniel Kent won the 60 meter hurdles (8.65) while Stephan DeCarlo won the long jump (6.62 meters). The men's distance medley relay squad of Ben Torda, Seamus Power, Conor Donahue and Calvin Henry was also victorious with a time of 10:40.28.
The Polar Bears will take to the road next weekend as they travel to the University of New Hampshire for the Wildcat Invitational.
