Women's Squash Closes Winter Break With Split of Road Matches

LANCASTER, Pa. – The Bowdoin College women's squash team split four matches in a busy weekend of action all over the northeast. The Polar Bears, ranked 18th in the latest CSA rankings, stand at 5-6 this season.
 
Weekly Highlights
  • The Polar Bears lost to Amherst (8-1), rebounded for a win over Dickinson (5-4), dropped to Georgetown (8-1) and beat Franklin & Marshall (7-2).
  • After the Amherst loss, which featured a 3-0 win by Clare Collins, Bowdoin rebounded to defeat Dickinson thanks to wins from Darcy Weber (3-0), Eshika Tangri (3-0), Collins (3-1), Mia Karande (3-0), and Janie Lytle (3-0).
  • Collins accounted for Bowdoin's lone win again in the loss to Georgetown, and capped a perfect weekend with a win in the team victory over Franklin & Marshall. Skyler Spaulding (3-0), Weber (3-1), Tangri (3-0), Karande (3-0), Lytle (3-0), and Delphine King (3-0) also earned wins against F&M.
