BRUNSWICK, Maine – Bowdoin women's basketball sophomore Sydney Jones (Chestnut Hill, Mass.) has been named Second Team All-NESCAC in honors announced by the league on Thursday.
 
It is the first career NESCAC honor for Jones, who led the Polar Bears in scoring this season (15.4 per game) while also pacing the squad in steals (54), three-pointers (39), and minutes (26.6 per game). She also ranked second on the team in both assists (2.3 per game) and rebounds (4.8 per game).
 
Jones surpassed the 20-point plateau on eight occasions this winter, scoring her season-high of 28 points three times. She tallied double figures in scoring in each of Bowdoin's final nine games this year.
