Box Score NEW LONDON, Conn. – Brigit Bergin scored a power play goal midway through the third period to pull the Bowdoin women's hockey team into a 1-1 tie with host Connecticut College on Friday evening.
The Polar Bears (9-7-3-, 3-7-3 NESCAC) earned the tie with the Camels (14-3-4, 9-1-4 NESCAC), the number eight team in the country.
Game Highlights
- Neither team was able to convert in the opening period, despite a power play opportunity for both sides.
- Erin Healy gave the Camels the 1-0 lead just 2:34 into the second frame, finishing off a feed from Mairi Anthony.
