BRUNSWICK, Maine - The Bowdoin College women's squash team closed out their regular season last week with a quartet of matches, including a three-game homestand at the Lubin Center.

The Polar Bears defeated Mount Holyoke (7-2) but lost to Colby (8-1), Tufts (6-3) and Brown (8-1) to end the regular season with a 5-9 record. Bowdoin will head to Hamilton College for the NESCAC Tournament beginning on Friday. Pairings for the championship will be announced on Wednesday.

Match Highlights

• The Polar Bears won at the top seven positions in their victory over Mount Holyoke on Saturday.
• Lindsey Bindra, Tully Ross, Lex Horwitz, Diya Chopra, Zoe Wood, Natasha Belsky and Caroline Burkhart posted individual wins against the Lyons.
• Ross accounted for the Bowdoin match win against Colby earlier last week as she earned a 3-0 win at the #2 position in the ladder.
• Bindra, Ross and Horwitz took victories at the top three positions in Bowdoin's loss to Tufts on Saturday.
