MANCHESTER, N.H. - The Saint Anselm College women's ice hockey team iced Bowdoin, 3-1, in the second day of their annual post-holiday tournament on Sunday. The Hawks improve to 8-3-1 this season as the Polar Bears dip to 1-5-0.

In the third period the Hawks put the game out of reach on a goal by Burg assisted by Johnson and defenseman Jamie Comrie. Hawk goalie Amy Zappen finished the game with 23 saves in the victory, while Polar Bear netminder Sage Santangelo had 38 saves in the losing effort.
