Men's Golf Takes 12th Spot at Skidmore's Tim Brown Invite

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – The Bowdoin men's golf team battled tough conditions to post a 12th-place finish at the Tim Brown Invitational, hosted by Skidmore College at Ballston Spa Country Club last weekend.
 
Tournament Highlights
  • The Polar Bears finished 12th in the 20-team field, going 303-295-598 as a squad. Amherst won the event with a team total of 556.
  • Andrew Flynn jumped 14 spots up the leaderboard on day two, shooting a 70 (-1) on Sunday to finish at +2 for the tournament (144) and end in a tie for 15th place individually.
  • Matthew Cohen totaled 149 to finish in 39th place, followed by Oscar Wen (57th, 152), Henry Mariscal (65th, 154), and Joey Zheng (65th, 154). Ian Harris also played for the Polar Bears this weekend and carded a 158 to end in 82nd spot.
