Box Score MEDFORD, Mass. – The Bowdoin baseball team suffered a 10-2 loss at Tufts on Monday night.
 
The Polar Bears are 20-6 with a 6-3 NESCAC record. The Jumbos are 12-13 (4-2 NESCAC).
 
Game Highlights

• Kevin Murray put Bowdoin on the board with a solo homer in the first inning.
• The Jumbos responded with three runs in the first inning and chased Bowdoin's starting pitcher from the mound.
• Bowdoin cut the deficit to 3-2 with a sacrifice fly from Conor Moriarty in the fourth that plated Chris Dirks.
• Tufts exploded for six runs in the fourth inning, forcing Bowdoin to bring in its third pitcher of the game.
• A two-out double in the eighth made it 10-2 in favor of Tufts.
