Adam Sprague Named Women's Soccer Assistant Coach

BRUNSWICK, Maine – The Bowdoin College Athletic Department has announced the hiring of Adam Sprague as assistant coach for the Polar Bear women's soccer team.

Most recently the head women's soccer coach at Mount Aloysius (Pa.) College, Sprague took over the role in 2019 and led MAC to 38 wins in his time leading the program, including back-to-back double-digit win seasons in his first two campaigns.

Sprague also served a one year stint as the Head Women's Soccer Coach at Pine Manor College (Mass.) and was a graduate assistant coach at New England College. During his time at NEC, he helped lead the Pilgrims to two conference tournament trips, which included an appearance in the North Atlantic Conference Tournament Championship Game, in the fall of 2016.

Sprague earned a B.S. in Mathematics-Adolescent Education from SUNY Fredonia in 2012.
