BRUNSWICK, Maine – The Bowdoin College baseball team's NESCAC Quarterfinal series against Amherst has been moved up a day due to the anticipation of poor weather on Sunday.
 
The Polar Bears and Mammoths will now play game one on Friday at 4:00 p.m. at Amherst, followed by game two and game three, if necessary, beginning at noon on Saturday.
 
All three games will be broadcast live on the Northeast Sports Network. The winner of the best-of-three series advances to the NESCAC Championship Weekend on May 10-12 at Tufts University.
