Women's Golf Finishes Fall Campaign at Hamilton Invitational

ROME, N.Y. – The Bowdoin College women's golf team concluded its fall campaign with an eighth-place finish at the Hamilton Invitational at Rome Country Club this weekend.
 
Tournament Highlights
  • The Polar Bears carded a team score of 649 (320-329) over the two days, finishing just behind Middlebury (647) for eighth place of 14 teams at the tournament. Amherst claimed the crown with a two-day score of 622.
  • Leading the way for Bowdoin was Shivani Schmulen, who ended at +12 (156) for the two days, finishing in a tie for tenth place individually.
  • Katie Ng capped in impressive fall campaign with a 158 (81-77) to finish in 16th place, followed closely by Emily Renoff's 159 (77-82) that ended in a tie for 21st.
  • Emilia Rose (176) and Ocean Park (180) rounded out the Bowdoin competitors at the competition.
