2022 RECAP
Tufts outdueled Williams to capture its first NESCAC Women's Swimming & Diving Championship at the Colby Aquatics Center. The Jumbos and Ephs traded the lead several times during the final evening session, but key performances in the final two events of the night, the 3-meter diving competition and the 400 freestyle relay, clinched the title for Tufts.
Tufts' win snapped the streak of seven straight championships won by Williams and Jumbos became just the third team to win a NESCAC Women's Swimming & Diving Championship in the history of the event (Amherst - 1, Tufts - 1, Williams - 19). Tufts finished the championships with 1,809 points while the Ephs concluded the meet with 1758.5 points. Amherst (1136 points), Bates (1020 points), and Bowdoin (877.5 points) rounded out the top five teams in the standings.
