BRUNSWICK, Maine – The Bowdoin College women's rugby team rolled past Norwich in the NIRA Division III semifinals on Saturday afternoon, 61-7.
 
The Polar Bears remain unbeaten this fall (7-0) and will play Adrian (Mich.) next weekend for the NIRA title.
 
Match Highlights

• Bowdoin scored a minute into the contest on a try from Mia Daoust and never looked back, ripping off the first 28 points of the match.
• Lauryn Eisenhart was outstanding, scoring three tries and converting eight kicks to contribute 31 points.
• Kyra Butler and Stella Johnson also added scores in the first half as Bowdoin led 28-0 at the break.
• Norwich cut it to 28-7 early in the second half, but the Polar Bears, spurred by Eisenhart, scored the next 33 to put the game away.
