Box Score WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – The Bowdoin College men's tennis team dispatched Washington & Lee, 5-2, in the Second Round of the NCAA Division III Tournament on Saturday afternoon at Williams College. The win moves the ninth-ranked Polar Bears to 16-5 and results in a rematch tomorrow against the host Ephs for a trip to the national quarterfinals.
 
Match Highlights

• Bowdoin earned a 2-1 lead in doubles play thanks to wins from Tristan Bradley/Reid Staples (8-4) at number one and Ethan Bradley/Pieter Breuker (8-2) at number three.
• In singles action, the Polar Bears posted three straight-set wins to steal the victory.
• Tristan Bradley posted a 6-2, 6-4 win at number one while Reid Staples carded a 6-3, 6-3 win at number two.
• Pieter Breuker was the other winner for Bowdoin, recording a 6-2, 6-3 triumph at number four.
