BRUNSWICK, Maine – With the winter sports season beginning Saturday, November 13, the Bowdoin College Athletic Department has reminded fans of its spectator guidelines for indoor sporting events.
Health & Safety Guidelines
- Currently, fully vaccinated spectators 12 years of age and older are permitted to attend indoor sporting events at Bowdoin. Public health officials consider an individual to be fully vaccinated two weeks after their final dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.
- With the vaccine rollout beginning for ages 12-and-under this week, fans in that age group will not be permitted to attend until games in the second semester (January).
- Spectators will be required to show proof of full vaccination in one of three ways prior to entering campus buildings:
- 1) Registering for campus events through the Health Pass by Clear App
- 2) A CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card
- 3) A photocopy or mobile photo of a CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card and valid photo ID.
- Spectators will also be required to mask while indoors.
Parking – Morrell Gymnasium
Additionally, fans attending basketball games at Morrell Gymnasium should be aware of limited parking access due to construction at the former site of Dayton Arena. Spectators are encouraged to arrive early and park on North Campus Drive, South Campus Drive, or the Coffin Street Parking Lot. Access to the Morrell Gymnasium lobby will be through the main doors on the north side of the building, adjacent to Druckenmiller Hall. Find

Digital Programs
Beginning in the fall of 2021, the Bowdoin College Athletic Department will be making the change to digital game programs for all on-campus home events as part of an effort for a more sustainable campus, as well as providing up-to-the-minute information on game days. Fans can scan the QR codes located around the facilities, or visit
