BRUNSWICK, Maine – Match times have been set and individual selections made for the NCAA Division III Tennis Championships scheduled to begin on Monday, May 18, at the Champions Club Tennis Complex in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
The Polar Bear women will open play on Monday at 11:00 a.m. against Claremont Mudd Scripps while the men's team battles Chicago on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. in the quarterfinals. A complete schedule of events, including links to live coverage, can be found at the
Tournament Homepage. Bowdoin is one of three schools, along with Claremont Mudd Scripps and Chicago, to have both their men's and women's teams advance to the national quarterfinals.
Additionally,
Mark Kneiss and
Kiran Garapati from the men's team will participate in the individual tournament that begins on Saturday, May 23.
Jackson Codd, along with Kneiss, are listed as alternates for the men's doubles championship.
Cara Hung is an alternate for the women's singles championship that begins on Friday, May 22. Those brackets will be announced next week.
