WATERVILLE, Maine - The Bowdoin College men's golf team capped its fall campaign with a first-place finish at the 2021 CBB Championship at the Waterville Country Club on Saturday.

Tournament Highlights

• The Polar Bears finished with a team score of 304, edging Colby (308) and Bates (314) to take the title.
• Bowdoin used a balanced attack, with four players within three strokes of each other in the 70's to earn the win, led by Jack Roberts' 75, just two strokes off medalist honors. 
• Liam Jachetta (76), Ned Dean (76) and Reed Fohel (77) also had excellent rounds to help lead the team.
• Oscar Wen (78) and Favian Busnawi (83) rounded out the Bowdoin competitors. 
• Its the second straight win at the CBB Championship for the Polar Bears, who also claimed the last championship competed in 2019.
