Men's Tennis Downs Chapman To Remain Unbeaten

ORANGE, Calif. - The Bowdoin College men's tennis team remained perfect this spring with a 8-1 win over Chapman on Tuesday afternoon in California.

The Polar Bears overwhelmed the Panthers in singles play to improve to 5-0 this spring.

Match Highlights

  • Wins from Jerry Jiang and Kyle Wolfe (8-2) as well as Gil Roddy and Chase Savage (8-2) gave the Polar Bears a 2-1 lead heading into singles play
  • Bowdoin did not lose a set in singles action, winning six straight-set matches to clinch the victory
  • The most dominant showings came courtesy of  Kyle Wolfe, who claimed a 6-0, 6-1 win at #3, and Jerry Jiang, who took a 6-2, 6-1 win at #4
