Men's Squash Splits Against Bates, Colby, Earns Seventh Seed for NESCACs

BRUNSWICK, Maine – The Bowdoin College men's squash team split a pair of matches against their CBB rivals and earned the seventh seed for the upcoming NESCAC Tournament that begins Saturday in Upstate New York.
 
Weekend Highlights
  • The Polar Bears opened the weekend with a 7-2 win at Bates before returning home for Senior Day Sunday against Colby, falling by a 5-4 score to the Mules.
  • The bottom of the ladder came through for the Polar Bears against Bates as Oliver Pride, Ronak Nagar, and Benjamin Korengold posted 3-0 shutouts at positions 7-9.
  • William Maschler also racked up a 3-0 win while Aryan Singh and Liam Waldron earned 3-1 victories. Luciano Agudelo earned a hard-fought 3-2 victory to round it out for Bowdoin.
  • Korengold and Pride recorded 3-0 shutouts again against Colby on Sunday, with Waldon and Maschler accounting for the other wins, via 3-1 scores.
