BANGOR, Maine – The Bowdoin College women's basketball team coasted to a 74-46 non-conference win at Husson on Tuesday evening. The Polar Bears move to 14-1 with the victory while the Eagles fall to 10-7 on the year.
 
Game Highlights

• Bowdoin put the contest out of reach early, scoring the first six points of the game and jumping to a 16-2 lead less than four minutes into the contest.
• The Polar Bears led 29-5 after one quarter of play as Abbie Quinn, Carly Davey, and Payton Collins all singlehandedly outscored Husson themselves with six points apiece in the opening period.
• Bowdoin owned a 45-20 lead at halftime and extended their lead to as many as 35 points in the second half on their way to the win.

• Every Bowdoin player scored in the victory, led by 13 points and five rebounds from Abbie Quinn in 17 minutes played.
• Grace Kinum scored 11 points with eight assists, and seven rebounds while Payton Collins added 11.
• The Polar Bears racked up 24 assists on 29 made baskets, and owned a 49-24 advantage in rebounding.
• Bowdoin finished at 48% shooting for the contest and held Husson to 28% shooting for the game.
