CLINTON, N.Y. – The Bowdoin College men's squash team picked up a win at Hamilton in a busy weekend of NESCAC action on the road last weekend. The Polar Bears, ranked 21
st nationally, stand at 4-7 after play on Sunday.
Weekend Highlights
- The Polar Bears opened the weekend with a 9-0 setback at 16th-ranked Middlebury Friday before rebounding to defeat 25th-ranked Hamilton 7-2 on Saturday. They closed out their weekend with an 8-1 loss at 12th-ranked Williams.
- Five Bowdoin players posted 3-0 wins over the Continentals, including Fotis Zafiriou, Aryan Singh, William Maschler, Sachith Vissapragada, and Oliver Pride.
- The other wins came from Liam Waldon (3-1), and a hard fought 3-2 comeback win from Luciano Agudelo (6-11, 9-11, 11-7, 11-8, 13-11).
- Maschler was credited with the win at number four against Williams due to retirement.
