Continentals Pin 1-0 Setback on Men's Soccer

CLINTON, N.Y. – The Bowdoin men's soccer team battled to a 1-0 setback at Hamilton on Saturday afternoon.
 
The Polar Bears drop to 4-2-1 (1-2-1 NESCAC) as the Continentals collect their first conference win to improve to 4-2-2 (1-2-2 NESCAC).
 
Game Highlights
  • Despite outshooting the hosts 4-2 in the first half, Bowdoin entered halftime tied 0-0.
  • The Continentals broke the game open in the 71st minute. After earning a corner kick, Patrick Ferrare sent the ball into play from the left side to Oliver Mylon. Mylon quickly directed the ball to the far post for a header past Alex Ainsworth.
  • Donovan Sinicropi fired off a pair of shots in answer to Hamilton's tally, but the first year was unable to find the net.
