MIDDLEBURY, Vt. – The Bowdoin men's swimming and diving team finished in seventh place at the 2025 NESCAC Championship.

Alex Grand'Pierre placed fifth for NESCAC Career High-Point Swimmer with 339 points earned during this career.
Meet Highlights
- Bowdoin's 200 free relay swam a program-best 1:21.53 to earn third and an NCAA B-cut. Raphael Grand'Pierre, Penn Lee, Alex Grand'Pierre, and Jack Tran combined for the top-three finish.
- Alex Grand'Pierre made it a four-peat as the NESCAC Champion in the 50 breaststroke with a time of 24.91. Grand'Pierre was fourth in the 100 breaststroke (54.73).
- Jack Tran set a pool and school record in his championship swim in the 50 fly with a time of 21.67. Lee also swam in the final and finished eighth with a 22.50. Micah Sher was 15th overall with a 23.07.
- Tran swam to a fourth place finish in the 50 backstroke with a time of 22.62. Liam Roehr won the consolation final (23.15) and Owen Weller was 16th with a 24.26.
- Roehr swam in two more consolation finals for the 100 backstroke (50.00) and the 200 backstroke (1:48.57). Roehr's 200 backstroke time would have placed him sixth in the finals.
- Raphael Grand'Pierre swam a fifth-place time of 20.61 in the 50 free and teammate Henry Peters was 10th with a 20.88. Grand'Pierre won both the 100 free consolation finals (45.63) and 100 fly (48.75) consolation finals. His fly time was a school record and would have placed him sixth in the finals. Tran finished 12th in the 100 fly with a 49.48.
- Phil Bianco turned in a 16:16.88 in the 1650 and Chase Shapiro finished right behind him in 15th with a 16:18.63.
- Jaren Depew and Rhys Edwards finished in the top two spots of the consolation final of the 200 fly with a 1:50.39 and 1:50.62, respectively.
- Bowdoin finished fifth in the 400 medley relay, 200 medley relay, and 400 free relay.
- Roehr, the Grand'Pierre brothers, and Rhys Edwards went 3:17.00 in the 400 medley.
- Roehr, Alex Grand'Pierre, Tran, and Lee finished the 200 medley in 1:29.27.
- Raphael Grand'Pierre, Lee, Henry Peters, and Tran went 3:00.92 in the 400 free relay.
