BRUNSWICK, Maine – Bowdoin senior
Tyler Huck (Ross, Calif.) has been named a Third Team All-American in postseason awards announced by the United Soccer Coaches.
In addition to earning All-American status, Huck was a First Team All-Region performer. Sophomore Liam Banks (Wilmette, Ill.) was named a Second Team All-Region honoree while juniors
Jack Banks (Brunswick, Maine) and
Keito Ishibashi (Bethesda, Md.) were Third Team All-Region selections.
The NESCAC Player of the Year, Huck finishes his career as the second-leading scorer in program history, finishing his career with 34 goals, 19 assists, and 87 points. His 13-goal, eight-assist campaign led the conference in scoring.
Banks and Myers anchored the Bowdoin back line this fall, as the Polar Bears permitted just 14 goals in 19 games, including seven shutouts, and an entire scoreless month of October. Banks finished with three goals and two assists while Myers added four goals this fall.
Keito Ishibashi also earned All-Region recognition after a dynamic season on the wing for Bowdoin, tallying three assists for the Polar Bears.
The Polar Bears finished one of the most successful seasons in program history with a 12-4-4 record, Elite Eight appearance, and year-end #5 ranking in the final Division III poll.
