BRUNSWICK, Maine – The Bowdoin College men's and women's squash teams earned a twinbill sweep of Bates on Wednesday night at the Lubin Center. The Polar Bear men claimed a 9-0 shutout over the Bobcats while the women earned a 6-3 victory.
 
Men's Match Highlights – Box Score

• The 22^nd-ranked Polar Bears (8-4) easily dispatched the 24^th-ranked Bobcats in a dominating performance.
• A trio of Polar Bears earned 3-0 wins as Jack Winston, William Maschler, and Luc Agudelo posted shutouts and Ben Cossrow was credited with a default win at number nine.
• Nick Wilkinson, Abhiroop Reddy, and Ronak Nagar posted 3-1 triumphs with Aryan Singh (11-7, 12-10, 8-11, 5-11, 11-6), and Fotis Zafiriou (5-11, 11-9, 13-11, 6-11, 11-6) claiming the closest matches of the night in five-gamers.
• Bowdoin has now posted back-to-back wins over Bates for the first time in over 20 years.

Women's Match Highlights – Box Score

• In a hard-fought battle, the 18^th-ranked Polar Bears (8-3) upended 20^th-ranked Bates in a 6-3 victory.
• Bowdoin secured the win with a quintet of shutout wins, as Amanda Cowhey, Linley Grosman, Kira Gwadry, and Mira Karande posted 3-0 results with Amelie Matuch's victory clinching the fifth point for the Polar Bears.
• Darcy Weber earned the sixth win of the night for Bowdoin with a 3-2 comeback (10-12, 9-11, 11-7, 11-5, 11-4).
