Polar Bears Post Four First Half Goals En Route to 5-0 Win at Husson

BANGOR, Maine – The Bowdoin men's soccer team remains perfect with a 5-0 win at Husson on Tuesday evening.
 
The Polar Bears climb to 3-0-0 on the season while handing the Eagles their first loss of the season (2-1-1).
 
Game Highlights
  • Bowdoin scored two goals in the first two minutes of play to jump out to an early lead. Tyler Huck tallied his first of two goals of the game off a feed from Keito Ishibashi and Mateo Pacelli added another from Ronaldo Cabral.
  • Ishibashi and Huck traded places in the fourth minute to make it 3-0.
  • Huck capped the four goal first half with another tally in the 17th minute. This time, Huck finished off play from teammates Pacelli and Luke Macaione.
  • Adam Prince scored his first collegiate goal in the second half off the feed from Cabral.

  • Bowdoin held a 14-1 edge in shots on goal.
  • The Polar Bears earned a narrow 6-5 advantage in corner kicks.
