AMHERST, Mass. – The Bowdoin College women's tennis team picked up a huge 5-4 upset of seventh-ranked Amherst on Sunday afternoon. The 24^th-ranked Polar Bears improve to 6-4 with the victory.
 
Match Highlights

• Caroline Stuhlfaut and Hannah Buckout earned an impressive 8-4 win at number three doubles and Zoe Sun/Cara Hung captured a huge 8-7 (7-3) win at number two doubles as the Polar Bears carried a 2-1 lead into singles.
• Bowdoin got straight-set wins from Elizabeth Yu (7-5, 6-4) and Julia Ross (6-4, 6-1) to put the Polar Bears on the brink of the win.
• Zoe Sun clinched it for the Polar Bears, earning a dramatic 6-2, 4-6, 6-3 win to give Bowdoin their first win over Amherst since 2008.
