Men's Lacrosse Falls in Nationally-Ranked Battle at Babson

BABSON PARK, Mass. – The 17th-ranked Babson College men's lacrosse team knocked off ninth-ranked Bowdoin 13-6 on Tuesday evening. The Polar Bears fall to 5-2 on the season with the loss.

  • Babson jumped to an early lead and held Bowdoin's high-scoring offense to a season-low in scoring to take the seven-goal win.
  • After the Polar Bears opened the scoring, Babson scored ten straight goals and held Bowdoin scoreless from the ten minute mark of the first quarter until the closing seconds of the third period.
