BRUNSWICK, Maine - The Bowdoin College women's rugby team celebrated its seniors in a 60-0 friendly win over Colby on Friday night at Pickard Field. The Polar Bears returned to the win column after a pair of tough clashes with Division I opponents AIC and Princeton, and moves to 2-2 on the season. 

Match Highlights

• In a sixty-minute match that featured three 20-minute periods, the Polar Bears scored 26 points in the opening frame to take an early lead. 
• Kyra Bishop capped the run with a pair of tries towards the end of the quarter, and added one in the second that gave the Polar Bears a 43-0 lead after 40 minutes of play. 
• Chinwe Bruns scored twice in the final period, and Bishop added another to ice the win. 
• Evie Hamer had three conversions and Lulu Linkas added two. 
• Cassie Allgeier returned from injury to score for the Polar Bears in the second period. 
• Runa Katayama, Rachea McDonald, and Nisi Tuitupou all added tries for Bowdoin.
