BIDDEFORD, Maine – The Bowdoin College women's rugby team closed out its regular season slate with a convincing 99-0 win over rival University of New England on Friday evening. The Polar Bears conclude their regular season with a 3-2 overall mark.

• The Polar Bears dominated from start to finish, scoring three tries in the opening seven minutes and never looking back.
• Ginger Arnold scored the first two tries of the contest, spurring Bowdoin to a quick lead.
• The Polar Bears amassed a 54-0 lead by intermission, and then scored twice in the opening two minutes of the second half.
• Bowdoin scored 45 unanswered points in the second period to close out the match.
