MEDFORD, Mass. – The Tufts University volleyball team took a 3-0 win over Bowdoin on Saturday afternoon, closing out the NESCAC regular season schedule for both squads. The Jumbos stand at 13-8 (6-4 NESCAC) while the Polar Bears stand at 11-9 (3-7 NESCAC).
 
(Update, 10/28, 6:45pm) Bowdoin will head to upstate New York for the first round of the NESCAC Tournament on Friday night at 7:00 p.m. against Hamilton College. The winner of that match advances to play at Colby in the conference quarterfinals on Sunday, November 5. .
 
Match Highlights

• Tufts took the win by set scores of 25-14, 25-18, 25-20.
• Skye LaMendola had 11 kills and seven digs while Lauren Lange added five kills and two blocks.
• Ella Haugen had 21 assists and 13 digs to lead Bowdoin in both categories.
