  • The Polar Bear defense kept Williams within striking distance, and Bowdoin had two offensive drives to try and tie the contest, but couldn't get the ball past midfield.
  • Williams extended their lead on a 40-yard field goal from Ivan Shuran early in the fourth quarter and, after an interception, scored the game-clinching touchdown with 7:51 to go, giving the hosts a 24-7 lead.
  • Liam Wholey scored a defensive touchdown, pouncing on a late fumble for Bowdoin to trim the final margin to 24-14.
