BRUNSWICK, Maine – The Bowdoin College women's basketball team rolled to its third straight win, 88-26, on Tuesday afternoon at Morrell Gymnasium. The Polar Bears, who posted their largest margin of victory on the season, move to 6-1 this season while the Beavers fall to 1-7.
 
Game Highlights

• Bowdoin scored the first 14 points of the game, building an insurmountable lead with a 23-point first quarter.
• The Polar Bears shot 71% in the first period and extended their lead to 44-10 at halftime.
• Bowdoin extended their lead to as many as 65 points in the second half en route to the win.

By the Numbers

• Bowdoin finished at a season-high 59% shooting for the game as 15 different players scored in the victory.
• Emily Collins led Bowdoin with ten points and six boards while Megan Tan, Sydney Jones, Rachel Storey and Shayla Eubanks had eight points each.
• The Polar Bears went 10-20 from three-point range, scored 40 points off turnovers and had 58 points from their bench.
