Women's Basketball Rolls to Tuesday Night Win Over Farmington

BRUNSWICK, Maine – The Bowdoin College women's basketball team rolled to its third straight win, 88-26, on Tuesday afternoon at Morrell Gymnasium. The Polar Bears, who posted their largest margin of victory on the season, move to 6-1 this season while the Beavers fall to 1-7.

  • Bowdoin scored the first 14 points of the game, building an insurmountable lead with a 23-point first quarter.
  • The Polar Bears shot 71% in the first period and extended their lead to 44-10 at halftime.
  • Bowdoin extended their lead to as many as 65 points in the second half en route to the win.
