Men's Soccer Earns Shutout Tie at Amherst

AMHERST, Mass. – The Bowdoin men's soccer team battled Amherst to a 0-0 tie on Sunday afternoon.
 
The Polar Bears (8-1-1, 3-1-1 NESCAC) remain undefeated against the Mammoths (7-1-3, 2-1-3 NESCAC) dating back to 2019.
 
Game Highlights
  • Neither team recorded a shot on goal in the opening half of play.
  • Michael Webber turned away the first shot of the game he saw, 38 seconds into the second half.
  • Webber recorded two more saves in the 51st minute.
