Swimming and Diving Heads Into Final Day of NESCAC Championship Sitting in Sixth

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – The Bowdoin men's swimming and diving team remained in sixth place following the third day of competition.

The Polar Bears remain in sixth place with 530 points. The Camels have 496.5 points in seventh and Colby is in fifth with 688.5.

Meet Highlights

Ted Mebust had the highest finish of the evening for Bowdoin with a third place result in the 100 backstroke. Mebust's time of 49.91 was good for an NCAA B cut. Leighton Mayers was 18^th in the event.
Justin Yang made the evening final for the 400 IM and finished eighth. Danny Calder was 14^th with an appearance in the consolation final, while Jean-Baptiste Andre and Atticus Kangas were 21^st and 22^nd.
Jacob Baltaytis was 13^th overall in the 100 fly to earn points for the Polar Bears.
Bowdoin had three point scorers in the 200 free. Andrew Macdonald was 14^th, with Killian Dickson and Coleman Komishane finishing 20^th and 22^nd respectively.
