BRUNSWICK, Maine – The Bowdoin men's swimming and diving team put together its best-ever NESCAC finish, placing fourth in the conference with a program-high 976.5 points.

Karl Sarier was named Swimmer of the Year follow his three victories at the Championship meet. Mitchell Ryan joined his classmate with conference recognition, being named Diver of the Year after sweeping the diving events. Coach Kelsey Willard again took home Diving Coach of the Year honors.

• Junior Karl Sarier won his third event of the meet as he touched in 44.47 for a school record, in the 100 freestyle. 
• Junior diver Mitchell Ryan won three meter diving with a score of 458.10, just .15 of a point ahead of second place.
• Junior Daniel Williams set a new school record in the 1650 freestyle. He swam a 15:51.90, good for fifth place, and seven seconds faster than the school mark he set in December. Classmate Gabriel Siwady scored the 24th place point with his 16:55.90.
• Another school record fell in the 200 breaststroke. Stephen Pastoriza raced in the outside lane of the Consolation Final. The junior raced ahead of the field and finished in 2:03.27, good for ninth overall, taking six tenths off Michael Netto's school record.  Netto finished 17th overall in 2:06.66 while first-year Michael Tirone was 19th in 2:06.96.
• In the 100 freestyle senior captain Will Hutchinson touched 13th overall with a time of 46.64. First-year Geoff Chen was 19th in 47.26. ​
• In the 200 butterfly sophomore Jean Baptiste-Andre raced to a lifetime best 1:52.80 to finish tenth.
• The 400 freestyle relay ream of Sarier, Julian Abaldo, Tirone, and Hutchinson were sixth in 3:04.77. The B team of Chen, Michael O'Neal, Andrew Macdonald, and Jacob Baltaytis finished 15th in 3:08.47.
