BRUNSWICK, Maine - The Bowdoin women's rugby team picked up its first win of the spring season on Saturday as they defeated the Dartmouth 2nds by a score of 39-5.

Match Highlights

• The Polar Bears used a balanced attack that saw them score seven tries, one apiece from Paige Pfannenstiel, Sierra Soghikian, Liz D'Angelo, Cristina Lima, Madeleine Genereux, Taylor Yoder and Allegra Bersani.
• D'Angelo converted two tries for the Polar Bears in the victory.
• Bowdoin got a strong effort from all eight forwards in the victory, led by Lima, Sarah Wilson, Satya Kent and Meredith Outterson.
