- Following an intercepted pass at center ice, Bowdoin moved into the Beacon's defensive end with Mitch Barrington teeing up a shot from the left point. Zach Andrews made the save on Barrington's bid, and again on the rebound shot from Matt Sullivan, before Matthew Melanson followed up with a quick put-away.
- Bowdoin's final goal of the first period came as Sebastian Foster flipped the puck over Andrews' head, cleaning up an initial shot by Cody Todesco.

- Bowdoin added its fourth goal of the game 2:25 into the final period as Foster stole the puck in the Polar Bears' own defensive zone and skated down the left side into Beacon territory. Foster centered a pass to Todesco just inside the blue line who connected with Austin Ricci in front of the net.
- The Beacons ramped up the offensive pressure midway through the period, but missed several promising opportunities with Bowdoin's goalie out of position on the power play.
