ORONO, Maine - The Bowdoin College swimming and diving teams competed in a non-scoring meet with the University of Maine-Orono on Saturday.
The Polar Bears boasted several individual winners in the meet, including Tim Long in the 200 freestyle (1:48.89) and 100 butterfly (1:00.62), Mike Netto in the 100 breaststroke (1:01.22), Ryan Kulesza in the 50 freestyle (22.38) and 200 backstroke (2:00.30), Will Hutchinson in the 100 freestyle (49.92), John Lagasse in the 200 breaststroke (2:15.87) and JR Chansakul in the 100 IM (55.50).
Winners for the women included Holly Rudel in the 100 breaststroke (1:14.23), Lela Garner in the 100 freestyle (56.19), Bridget Killian in the 500 freestyle (5:24.91) and Mariah Rawding in the 100 IM (1:02.51).
Sage Mikami won the women's one-meter dive (211.05) and three-meter dive (219.00) while Tom Kramer claimed the men's one-meter dive (284.40) and three-meter dive (271.27).
Bowdoin will hit the pool again on Sunday when they travel to compete at Bates at 11:00 a.m.
