WINTER HAVEN, Fla. - The Bowdoin College baseball team remained unbeaten after rallying for a wild 15-8 win over New Jersey City University Friday afternoon.

The Polar Bears (5-0) needed a season-high run total to stay unbeaten. The Polar Bears will return to action Saturday with a doubleheader against Western New England.

Down 2-0 after two frames, Bowdoin used a three-run third and seven-run explosion in the fourth to take command. John Lefeber reached base five times by going 2-2 with a solo home run, two walks and a HBP. Chad Martin continued his hot hitting with a 3-4, 5-RBI effort that included a pair of doubles. Kyle LeBlanc started the third-inning rally with an inside-the-park round-tripper.

Bjorn Hansen earned his first collegiate win on the mound for Bowdoin.
