Bowdoin Concludes Regular Season With Split Against Rivals

BRUNSWICK, Maine - The Bowdoin College men's squash team split a pair of matches against rivals Bates and Colby in weekend action at the Lubin Family Squash Center. The Polar Bears fell to the Bobcats on Friday night 7-2 before beating Colby 7-2 on Saturday afternoon to finish their regular season with a record of 10-11.

Stephan Danyluk and Barrett Takesian earned points with impressive wins at number two and five, respectively, against the Bobcats. Against Colby, Bowdoin dominated the middle of the ladder, collecting points at positions two through six to claim the win. Danyluk (#2) and Takesian (#4) both earned their second wins of the weekend as the Polar Bears also got victories from William Fantini (#3), Andrew Hilboldt (#5), Rahul Madan Mohan (#6), Reid Wilson (#8) and Andrew Sprague (#9).

Bowdoin will return to action at the College Squash Association Team Championship that begins on February 25 at Harvard.
