Bowdoin College

Andrew Cohen joins the Bowdoin coaching staff as defensivecoordinator for the 2011 season. A veteran coach at the DivisionI-AA and III levels, Cohen most recently coached at Lycoming (Pa.)where he led the #2 ranked defense in the Middle AtlanticConference.

Prior to Lycoming, Cohen was the defensive coordinator andinterim head coach at Bucknell, where his credits include leadingthe Patriot League's second-best rush defense in 2009 as the unitranked among the league's best with 23 turnovers. He was also amember of the coaching staff for Bucknell's 1996 Patriot Leaguechampionship squad. Cohen's resume also includes successfulcoaching stints at Columbia, Fordham and Stony Brook, where he hasdeveloped a track record of developing outstanding defensivecorps.

Cohen is a graduate of Marist College and earned his Master'sDegree from Stony Brook.
