Greene has extensive collegiate athletic administrative background, most recently at New England College, where she served as Associate Director of Athletics. Prior to that, Green was the Associate A.D. and head women's basketball coach at Mount Ida College, the Director of Basketball Operations at Brown University and Assistant A.D., and Senior Woman Administrator and head women's basketball coach at Newbury College.

Greene assumes a number of administrative roles within the department including oversight of day to day and future budget operations, scheduling, game management and oversight of student employees while serving as a member of the senior management team. She also acts as Bowdoin's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Coordinator. Greene's past work in support of DEI initiatives includes years of work at the Center for Inclusive Leadership and Social Responsibility at Pine Manor College and teaching first-year seminars at multiple institutions on ILSR as well.
