Caroline Tripp joined the Bowdoin Athletic Department as Assistant Director of Athlete Services in the summer of 2025.
She arrives at Bowdoin following an NCAA Postgraduate Internship, where she supported Division I Women’s Basketball and assisted with logistics for the NCAA Championship. A 2024 graduate of Bridgewater State University with a degree in communications, Tripp was a member of the women’s basketball team and completed an undergraduate internship with the Matt Light Foundation.
At Bowdoin, Tripp will serve as the primary equipment room contact for coaches, oversee purchasing and inventory operations, and manage vendor relationships, including with PrimeTime Sports. She will also supervise equipment room staff and student employees, and contribute to additional areas of the Athletic Department in support of the student athlete experience on campus.
