Bowdoin College

Alex Lloyd has served as head coach of the Bowdoin men’s basketball program since 2021, bringing extensive experience from both the collegiate and professional ranks. A former SCIAC Player of the Year at Pomona College, Lloyd’s coaching résumé includes stops with the San Antonio Spurs, Atlanta Hawks, Texas A&M and Memphis Hustle of the NBA G League before becoming the eighth head coach in Bowdoin program history.
