Bowdoin College

A Maine-licensed, NATABOC Certified Athletic Trainer and NSCA strength and conditioning specialist. Davies graduated from Keene State College with a bachelor's degree in Athletic Training in 1993. He was awarded a Master's degree in Education / Administration and Supervision from the University of Hartford in 2000. From 1994 to 2003 he was an assistant athletic trainer and head athletic trainer for the University of Hartford. Davies came to Bowdoin College in 2003 as the head athletic trainer and was promoted to Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Performance in 2020. In 2024 he was named Associate Director of Athletics for Sport Performance at Bowdoin. 

Davies is a Sports Medicine professional with extensive experience in Cyriax and Mulligan orthopedic mobilization and evaluation techniques. He has worked in multiple settings throughout his career, including high schools, a physical therapy clinic and Division I and III NCAA institutions.
